Researchers working in the field of Prospective Memory or Episodic Foresight/Future Thinking are invited to submit an abstract for presentation by the submission deadline, 23 June 2017.
All abstracts must be 300–350 words and saved as a PDF.
Notification of abstract acceptance and advice on allocated presentation format (poster or paper) will be sent to authors via email on 31 August 2017.
Upon abstract submission you will list your preference of either paper or poster submission. Attendees are encouraged to indicate their preference however the scientific committee will invite those successful for paper presentation. The committee will group the presentations according to the topic of the research.
At this stage it is anticipated that the duration of paper presentations will be 15 minutes followed by 5 minutes Q&A.
Posters will be displayed throughout the conference. Those presenting posters will also have an option to give a 3-5 minute oral presentation in a Data blitz session for all attendees.
Student Scholarship Opportunity
There is an opportunity for students to receive a $500 scholarship to assist with travel. Students who would like to be considered for this will need to submit the following when submitting their abstract:
- An extended abstract (500 words)
- Brief C.V.
- Support statement from supervisor / research mentor about the significance and quality of the paper submitted (200-300words)
